I been using a StepApp that gives you little bit of crypto for doing daily exercise such as running / walking or AI exercises. It is not a bid deal, more than likely the company would not be profitable if they didn’t have their loops and thangs. Testing the app for about 3 months now, I can say it has kept me walking quite a bit more on a daily basis just to keep testing to see how much can I earn by just walking.

I think it is a great way for a few of us to join a group, earn some crypto and have fun watching stats go. What also seems fascinating to me is that people joining all around the world in this app and commit to either walking, running or the AI exercises. I won’t lie, I told myself when I want to get started with being physically active I will. There is just something about having a challenge and a program recording the times that you are active that has helped me commit to the movement. Plus it is crypto. LOL
The Paul Barron Network’s new YouTube video gives an update on Avalanche and their upcoming momentum. Interestingly the StepApp is inside the Avalanche network. I think speaking personally, not financial advice, but it would be cool to keep walking and earning some tokens and all of the sudden those are worth more than when I started.
Currently I am on a twelve day walking streak, according to the app. Once I obtained a phone with a number not just relying on wifi data, the StepApp has been working much better for me. And you guessed it, that was about 12 days ago.
I have only reached a level 2 and have only invited one person before inviting any readers to join in, so I do not have too much historical data to share. But it still seems like something to do. A way to keep the body moving and using technology to help instead of hinder. Personally I think there is quite an emphasis about how technology is bad and keeps us stuck on our screens instead of enjoy life outside the screen. However, I believe technology is just a tool and it is the user who has the choice how it will be used. It is quite funny though to be outside doing my best to enjoy nature walking around my surroundings and getting upset at my phone because it is not getting signal and updating my steps properly.
