Stretching for a good 22:22 minutes at least twice a week is one small improvement we can make in our lives. The idea is that #PearlsBeauty and Airbrush, which is me and my dad, will instruct each other switching off. He will instruct one day, I will instruct the next. Currently we are thinking Mondays and Thursdays.

We could just motivate each other, right? Yes, but usually when there is a money exchange, it triggers in the mind that someone got paid so someone better get to work to make the money exchange worth it. If not, only the ones charging the interests reap the benefit. So if we each pay for a membership, it gets us dedicated. It also opens opportunity for others to join in the membership. The memberships are set fees for anyone to join in person or watch videos uploaded for viewing at home and excising at your own schedule.

Why is 11-11 so significant? Yes, it’s considered a magical angelic number, but that is only part. November 11th is #PearlsBeauty Day and Veterans Day US Holiday. So eleven – eleven is our key number.

We trained with Master Brian in my Pasadena years and I worked up to a black belt. As I recall, I am certified to teach and since it will be a process and learning curve for us instructing ourselves, we are starting with a small concept and see where it goes. If all we have are two students, it is a win-win because we get to improve in ourselves and have a little savings building up.
